APX Settlement Process:
Frequently Asked Questions:

- Estimated data provided within 2-3 days; finalized data provided within approximately 30 days
- SCE
- Meter data available after bill date (typically within 30-45 days)
- Technical issues can cause potential delays in meter data availability timing
Settlements Reports:
Settlement Statement Summary Report

- Applications > Demand Response > Reports
- Select the “Settlement Statement Summary” report from the drop down and select the following criteria
- Program – Select program
- Participant – Defaulted
- Location – Select All
- Product – Select All
- Load Type – Select All
- Month - Select invoice month
- Hit “Run Report”
- The reports can be downloaded using the “Export to Excel” button or the Save icon

- Applications > Demand Response > Reports
- Select the “Settlement Statement Detail” report from the drop down and select the following criteria
- Program – Select program
- Participant – Defaulted
- Location – Select All
- Product – Select All
- Load Type – Select All
- Month - Select invoice month
- Hit “Run Report”
- The reports can be downloaded using the “Export to Excel” button or the Save icon
